NTC is almost through with crediting of CPD points for participants who scored 70% and above. We have realised that not everyone adhered to the instructions that the email address to be used on the platform should be what is registered on the Teacher Portal.

If you have a different email on the tpg.gov.gh page and the e-learning page, kindly change one.

If you did not follow this instruction update the email on your e-learning profile by 30th May 2022 to receive credit points.

How to change the email on the tpg.gov.gh page?

  • Login to your account https://tpg.ntc.gov.gh/account/login
  • Click on your picture at the right top corner
  • Select Account setting
  • Click on change email. It must be your own email.
  • Email message will be sent to the new email you have entered.
  • NTC TPG: NTC Update Email Confirmation
  • The message Hello Name, we have received an update on your account. You
  • requested ………. CONFIRM EMAIL UPDATE… Pls be sure of the email name
  • and the link. Don’t just accept things in your email.
  • Go back to your TPG Page and login with your new email.

How to Change Email On E-Learning Portal?

elearning.ntc.gov.gh

  • Login to the e-learning page
  • Click on your picture at the right top corner
  • select profile
  • Go to USER Details and click Edit Profile
  • Scroll down to email Address
  • Clear the old email and type in the new email from the TPG portal.
  • Scroll Down to the last section to Update Profile.

Remember, now your email has change hence to login again you need the new email and not the old email.
