The Education Minister has shown Ghanaians his true character. He has taught the good people of Ghana that, as a minister, it was not wrong for him to call into a live TV programme and make an input.

The purpose of leadership is to make an impact in the lives of others. It is not surprising that the Education Minister, Mr. Yaw Adutwum, told the UTV host Yaa Konamah that she should research well before spewing information to the Public. He sought to explain that he was not corrupt

The Education Minister further explained how the World Bank released a grant of USD 1.2million to the Ministry. He said that the funds were released to MOE after due diligence by some World Bank officials.

As he clarified issues, his words came out at a slow pace to make the targeted audience appreciate the subject matter; speaking as slow as a snail.

Well, Ghanaians all over the world, have reacted to the ongoing discussion. Whilst some have asked that Yaa Konamah should have investigated her facts before trying to speak on any ministry, other Ghanaians simply advised her not to make statements as if the leaders are corrupt.

Some Ghanaians appreciated the humility of the Education Minister. Even though they might not have understood his explanation, they have expressed admiration for how he made efforts to call into the programme to make his voice known and to make Ghanaians know that he is not corrupt.
